FAQ

Poland Company Formation Questions

Why is the residence route rated hard?

The authorities expect the company to show real activity: revenue, employees or investment. A shelf company alone does not qualify.

Can I get the 9% rate in year one?

Yes if you qualify as a small taxpayer; new companies are usually eligible in their first year.

Do I need a Polish accountant?

Yes. Monthly bookkeeping and VAT filings are mandatory, and we include them in our maintenance package.
